Pearl user, test this scrolling bottom dock stock theme out and give me your feedback.  I have tested it on an old 8100 with OS 4.5 and it seems to be working just fine.

For now this is basically a stock Pearl theme with the bottom dock that scrolls.  There are a total of 10 icons that can be changed by the user.  Check out the first picture as it will show you how is scrolls.
