Easy fix that gets rid of that dang
“click” the seat belt would make. Make sure you properly re-torque
seat belt bolt, I used 29 foot lbs.

Flat head
screwdriver to remove front drivers plastic trim: |

Remove any clips
that remain with some type of pliers:

Start by removing
the lower B pillar panel, grab the bottom and pull:
|

Now the top trim,
again grab the bottom and pull:
|
|
This is the back of
bottom panel. The top arrows represent the hooks, the bottom are
clips:

This is the back of
the top panel. The top is a hook, the bottom are clips:
|

Now remove the bolt
that holds the seatbelt, it a 17mm:

This is the piece
we are replacing:

Old left and New
right, big difference:

Tool of choice to
remove old ring:
